2017 saw record results across the board and we are now proud to be comfortably the highest attaining school in the locality with 64% of year 11 gaining the equivalent of 5 A*-C including English and Maths.

At KS5 Psychology benefits from the shared expertise of colleagues from across the TENC schools, providing opportunities for collaboration and partnership working. Outcomes at this level are very good, with many students going on to study the subject further at university.

In 2019, Year 11 students achieved some of the best GCSE results in the school’s history. 53% of students gained 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths at Grade 4 and above. Recent CAGs and TAGs have returned record progress data for the school for KS4 and KS5. We were delighted by these excellent results, which reflect the high level of dedication of both our students and staff. As the new Headteacher, I am committed to improving the school even further for our students.
