St Gregory’s has been identified by OFSTED as a good school with outstanding Behaviour and Outstanding Leadership and Management; by the DfE as a Lead Behaviour School and by the SSAT as a High Attaining School. In 2017 our Progress 8 Score was + 0.72; whilst at post 16 89% of our students achieved A*- C grades and 70% achieved A* - B grades.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and well qualified Psychology ( A2) specialist to cover a maternity leave. The department has a large uptake at A level and a successful examination record. The successful candidate will also be a person with ideas, drive for excellence and very good teaching skills.
The school is firmly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils and all staff will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check. A respect for the Catholic ethos of the school is essential.
