We are currently looking to recruit an outstanding and enthusiastic Teacher of RE to join our highly successful department. In recent the GCSE results of the department have been well above the national average. You will be teaching Key Stage 3, 4 and 5. Experience of teaching IB is not essential.
You will be well qualified in RE, a practicing Catholic who has a confident understanding of the curriculum and the ability to inspire excellent learning and teaching. You will have the ability to contribute to the department, whose work embeds the ethos of our school.
The successful candidate will:
• be educated to at least GCSE standard, including Maths and English, and preferable A level standard in Maths and English;
• have a commitment to building positive relationships with young people;
• have a genuine passion for their subject and understand what makes an outstanding lesson;
• be committed to professional development and improving him/herself and others.
