Interested applicants may apply for either the position of Teacher of RE or Chaplain alone, or alternatively, may apply for a combination of both roles. Applicants to the role of Chaplain should be practising members of the Catholic Church.

Applicants who wish to apply for the Teaching role alone or both roles combined should complete a Teaching Staff Application form and stipulate within the form whether they are applying for the Teaching role alone or both roles.  

Applicants who wish to apply for the role of Chaplain alone should complete a Support Staff Application form. 

The role(s) will commence on 1st January 2022.

Teacher of RE 

We welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified teachers for appointment to this teaching post; as well as those with a relevant degree looking to embark on a career in teaching.

Paid on the Sixth Form Colleges Association Salary Structure for Teaching Staff - Up to pro rata of £41,732 per annum. 


Chaplain 

The appointed candidate to the role of Chaplain should be a practicing member of the Catholic Church. 

Salary - The post will be paid on the Sixth Form Colleges’ Support Staff Pay Spine at points 14 to 17, pro rata to £24,932 to £27,296 per annum. Actual salary £10,756.07 to £11,775.94 per annum.

Hours – 18.5 hours per week, term time only. Starting and finishing times as agreed.
