We are seeking to appoint a permanent, full time Teacher of RE/PSHCE. It would be an advantage if the candidate could also teach Health and Social Care and/or Child Development at Key Stage 4.
First and foremost, we require a teacher who can build excellent relationships with students. We are also seeking to appoint somebody with a good sense of humour and who enjoys working in a team. These are hugely important qualities in terms of collaborative working, but also in getting the very best out of our students.
A strong commitment to the extra-curricular life of the school is essential.
Subject knowledge is important, as is an up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in RE/PSHCE. The successful candidate will thoroughly enjoy teaching their subject and understand its importance in contributing to our students’ wider development.
