We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, motivated and inspirational teacher of Religious Education. Most students take RE to GCSE level. PSHE is also delivered through RE. Applications are invited from ITT as well as more experienced colleagues. This post is for   one academic year, in the first instance due to organisational change. As a Teaching School we can offer the successful candidate excellent support and professional development.

The Willink is a successful and oversubscribed school. It has 1030 students on roll including 160 in the Sixth Form, and is situated in a pleasant semi-rural setting south west of Reading. The school was judged to be good with outstanding features by Ofsted in 2014. In 2017   the school’s P8 score was +0.13.

New entrants to the profession will receive a bonus payment on successful completion of their NQT year, payable during the fourth term of employment.

The Willink is a mixed 11-18 community school with almost 1200 students on roll. We are the state school of choice for the local area and draw students from a wider region including Hampshire, Reading and Wokingham.
