Teacher of Religious Education

Saint Bede’s Catholic High School is a thriving, oversubscribed and highly successful school. It is situated in the pleasant resort town of Lytham, with easy access to the motorway network. Saint Bede’s is a highly effective school viewed by the pupils as ‘an inclusive, safe and aspirational community’. During our most recent Ofsted inspection Inspectors were ‘struck by the positive attitude, courtesy and the high levels of self-esteem consistently demonstrated by the pupils’. Standards of attainment are high and pupils are well-motivated and keen to learn.

The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher of Religious Education. Applicants must be committed to enhancing the already strong Catholic ethos of the school by providing lessons which will motivate and inspire pupils.

You will be joining a hardworking department comprising of experienced teachers who are committed and talented practitioners, have a passion for their subject and who deliver high quality learning through working closely together to achieve the best possible outcomes for our students.
