The Samworth Church Academy opened in September 2008 and enjoys 21st century facilities, highly motivated and professionally developed staffing which allows us to focus on our fantastic students with a mission to be ‘the best we can be’. As a ‘Good’ school we are improving rapidly which has been recognised in our most recent OfSTED inspection (May 2018).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a great team and we can offer a salary within a range of £23,720 to £39,406 negotiable depending on experience. We welcome applications from experienced teachers, as well as from newly or recently qualified teachers.

We support our NQTs through a bespoke internal training programme with a dedicated mentor, supported by access to external programmes in addition to being registered onto the NIPT induction programme.
