TEACHER OF RELIGIOUS STUDIES 

FIXED TERM CONTRACT - MPR

Woodchurch High School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and ambitious practitioner, qualified to teach Religious Studies at KS3 and KS4. This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding teacher to work in a well resourced, innovative and high performing department. It may be desirable if the successful candidate could teach History, Geography or PSHCEE at KS3.

Religious Studies has a high profile in the school and is studied by all pupils up to GCSE level. 

The fixed term contract will run from the 1st September 2018 to 31st August 2019, in the first instance, due to departmental restructure.

Woodchurch High School is an exciting place to work. It is a successful and oversubscribed 11 – 16 co-educational comprehensive.

Woodchurch High School is a very successful, over-subscribed co-educational Church of England Academy.  There are over 1400 pupils on roll, who are supported by 114 teaching staff and  over 120 support staff.
