Job overview

Kingsworth International is hoping to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Teacher of Science to start in September 2019.

We are a non-selective school based close to the Eiffel Tower in the heart of Paris. We deliver a high quality education in the medium of English. We teach our students, from a variety of countries of origin, within small classes which enable our teachers to make a big impact on their learning. We have a strong school community with many events throughout the year organised by parents, staff and students.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach Science at KS3 and Physics at KS4, with Biology. Students take GCSE and A level examinations, achieving outstanding results. Experience of teaching these qualifications is essential in order to continue the success of this excellent department. The post will also include one class of Mathematics. The ability to teach other subjects would be an advantage.

We welcome applications from all teachers with a degree in Science and or Mathematics, with a recognised teaching certificate, and if possible with experience of secondary age teaching.

To apply for this post, please send your CV with covering letter to jobs@kingsworth.fr

The deadline for applications is the 18th of May. Interviews will be held on the 21st of May.

In accordance with our commitment to safeguarding, the successful candidate will be required to apply for, and hold, an enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Services) certificate.
