Job overview
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic teacher of Science to join a highly successful and forward looking department.
The department has a strong track record of success and we are looking for a teacher who can use their knowledge and experience to inspire and encourage our students.
The successful candidate will teach at Key Stages 3 and 4 initially and candidates must have a specialism in Biology. The opportunity to teach at Key Stage 5 may be available in future years for candidates with suitable knowledge and experience.

Hutton Church of England Grammar School is based in Hutton, Preston, in Lancashire. The school, which opened in 1552 is a religious establishment that is a part of the Church of England. It is boys only, voluntary aided, secondary school with a sixth form. It educates boys between the ages of 11 and 18. At present, there are approximately 858 pupils enrolled at the school including 152 students on the roll in sixth form.
