Teacher of Science
The British School of Bucharest is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Science to join our successful team from August 2020.

We are committed to offering a broad and balanced curriculum based on the National Curriculum of England and Wales. We have been awarded BSO status via the Independent Schools Inspectorate and are also an accredited member of COBIS.

The successful candidate will be a qualified teacher, familiar with the UK curriculum and would be required to teach general Science across the ability range to KS3 and one Science subject to GCSE with the possibility of teaching at A Level. The ability to also offer an additional subject, such as Computer Science or a second Science subject to IGCSE would be an advantage but is not essential. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic educator. The successful candidate will be eager to contribute to our extensive extra-curricular programme, be committed to our whole school community and promote Science throughout all stages of the school.
We are also accredited by ISTip and can welcome applications from NQTs for this position alongside experienced colleagues.
