Job overview

The Westwood Academy is a popular and progressive academy driving hard to move from good to outstanding. Due to school expansion we require an additional part time (0.5 FTE) Teacher of Science to join an already successful team. The candidate will be teaching across all ability, and age ranges potentially to include post 16 and make a real contribution to the progress of students in the school. NQT’s are welcome to apply.

Role Requirements for Teaching Vacancies:

• Qualified Teacher Status or NQT with recent UK classroom experience essential

• Up to date knowledge of the current curriculum pertinent to the subject vacancy at secondary level or willingness to train
