Job overview
We are seeking to appoint a Teacher of Science to teach Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. The ability to teach an additional science subject to your specialism would be an advantage. Science follows the national curriculum and KS4 starts at Year 9. AQA Trilogy and separate sciences are the syllabi that are followed.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, highly motivated and excellent classroom practitioner who is committed to student success and development
This post is suitable for an experienced or newly qualified teacher wishing to join a forward thinking team of specialists who ensure a high standard of teaching, learning and achievement.
Noel-Baker School converted to academy status on 1st February 2017.
After a period of turbulence, the school is in special measures and is currently being supported by a team of professionals who bring a wealth of experience in school improvement, effective leadership and curriculum development. Alongside the dedicated support from the L.E.A.D. Academy Trust, the school is beginning to make rapid improvements.
