Are you prepared to think differently?

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic teacher of science. Ideally we are looking for a Biology graduate.

The successful candidate will have a love of the sciences in general, be able to teach pupils with a range of abilities, and foster high quality teaching and learning skills. We have spacious facilities. There are six laboratories in the science department, with each teacher having their own lab. We also have a highly competent science technician to aid with preparing practical lessons.

You will:

• Be enthusiastic and hold QTS status;

• Be ready and enthusiastic to make your impact in this thriving and successful school;

• Be ambitious for your students and your own professional development;

• Have a sense of humour and be able to work well in a close-knit team.

Dover College has a well-established and thriving extracurricular programme, and the successful applicant will be expected to play an active part in this.
