We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring practitioner with a real passion for Science. We offer an exciting opportunity to enhance an already successful and motivated team, characterised by an ambitious drive for excellence centred on the school’s vision of ‘Success for All through Attainment, Resilience and Autonomy’. This post would suit a chemist or physicist looking for their first subject responsibility or someone seeking greater responsibility. We have many STEM opportunities and good connections with the Institute of Physics, through which extra CPD is offered.

Park Community School is a Specialist Arts, Science and Maths school. Science is taught in new facilities on our rebuilt site.

We offer high quality support and programmes of professional development, which provide many opportunities for both NQTs and for more experienced colleagues. We encourage staff to look at new technologies and be forward-thinking to keep the subject current and up-to-date.
