The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach to at least GCSE, with the opportunity to teach at A Level available. They will be passionate about their subject, with a dynamic approach to classroom teaching. They will be inspirational in encouraging students to be continually driven to achieve, both now and in the future. The role may be based across the trust or within one of the schools, depending on need and candidate preference. Full details will be discussed at the interview stage.

We are also keen to hear from teachers with strong track records with the potential to become Lead Practitioners, Excellent Practitioners and Leadership positions. If you would be interested in vacancies at this level, please indicate this on your application.

In return, we offer an excellent salary package, which generously rewards high performance; a supportive working environment; excellent support and training; and employee benefits including an attractive pension scheme, childcare vouchers, an Employee Wellbeing Scheme and Share Academy Savers.
