This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Science teacher to join our successful Science department at John Ferneley College as a teacher of Science. The successful candidate will inspire students through their outstanding teaching. The role will provide excellent professional development opportunities for an ambitious science specialist.

The right candidate will have the ambition and desire to achieve outstanding results for our students through quality first teaching and learning.

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic qualified Science teacher with a preferred but not essential specialism in physics to join our successful Science Department here at John Ferneley College. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly supportive and extremely successful Science team.  There will also be the opportunity of a TLR for a candidate with the relevant experience or for an aspiring subject leader.

The right candidate will have the ambition and desire to achieve outstanding results for our students through quality first teaching and learning. The ability to teach all three sciences to Key stage 3 and 4 is essential. We teach AQA Combined (Trilogy) and Triple science as an option.
