The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and an understanding of how to ensure all students make good and outstanding progress. Of most importance will be your ability to generate engagement and a love of science for all learners.

North Kesteven Academy is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form in Lincolnshire, serving students from the age of 11-18. The Academy is situated in Lincoln.
North Kesteven Academy was founded in 1961 as a grammar school. In 2015 the Academy school was identified as good by Ofsted. It converted to academy status in 2011.
