We are an all-through co-operative school with students ranging from 4 – 19 years.  Staff are expected to make the most of this all through provision and to liaise with relevant colleagues in all parts of the school. The school is over two sites and there may be times when colleagues are expected to work across both sites with students.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is passionate about teaching science to join a high performing department. Approximately one third of all our KS4 students sit Separate Sciences at GCSE, and we have excellent uptake of the Sciences at KS5. Expectations of student behaviour and learning in science, and across the school, are high.

Preston Manor School is a mixed, non-denominational, all-through state school with academy status, based in Wembley, north-west London, for children aged 4-18. It is a member of the family of Co-operative Trust Schools. It is a large school with approximately 1,900 pupils. Situated within a multicultural community, the school offers additional support for pupils who speak English as an additional language. Diversity and tolerance is a key message in its ethos.
