Your relentless drive will ensure our students gain the best possible outcomes. The ability to teach Physics up to Key Stage 5 would be an advantage. MPS1/UPS3 + £2000 recruitment allowance per year until 31/08/24 is available for an exceptional candidate with the right experience.

The DfE are promoting additional payments to encourage ECTs in state-funded secondary schools in England to continue teaching. These ECTs will need to be teaching in one of the following subject areas: Chemistry, Computer Science, Maths or Physics. 

It is worth noting that, in this context, the DfE are referring to ECTs who trained to teach during, or after, 2017/18.
