Science value-added results in 2019 were in the top 10% nationally and 5% of our Yr 11 gained a top level 9 in Science, compared with the national average of 0.9%. The latest Ofsted report highlighted that "relationships between staff and pupils are a real strength. Leaders and teachers know their pupils well. They provide a wide range of opportunities to enable pupils to grow in confidence and become successful learners". It was also highlighted that "staff morale is high" and that "one hundred per cent of staff said that professional development is used to encourage, challenge and support improvements in teaching."
