We seek to appoint an outstanding Teacher of Science who engages students through creative delivery and is eager to try new ideas in a supportive environment. Experience of teaching Science at all key stages, including KS5, would be preferable.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and developing team, with a drive to raise attainment through quality teaching which facilitates learning. Science is delivered by a specialist team of staff and is taught in dedicated laboratories and facilities, enabling us to deliver the three sciences at all key stages.

At The Hart School, our curriculum prepares students to communicate effectively, supporting learning across all subjects and for the world beyond the classroom.  We encourage a thirst for knowledge and an understanding of the world around us in all students and aim to harness the creativity within to help students make progress and achieve success.

About The Hart School

The Hart School is an 11-18, non-selective, oversubscribed school from September 2021 located in Rugeley, Staffordshire. We currently have 1195 students on roll including a growing sixth form of 150 students.

We are part of the growing Creative Education Trust and work closely with a family of schools to raise standards and to enable students to achieve their potential, thereby ensuring students are given the educational opportunity of a lifetime.
