Q3 is a highly successful, oversubscribed Academy located in Great Barr, committed to raising achievement and curriculum innovation. Our GCSE headline results continue to be among the best in Sandwell, and this success is underpinned by a relentless focus on raising standards, developing the whole child and improving the quality of teaching and learning.

The continued growth of the Academy, and the opening of the new Q3 Academy Langley in September 2016, has created several exciting new opportunities within the successful Academy trust.

We are seeking to appoint an ambitious Teacher of Science with energy and enthusiasm who is also willing to contribute to the wider life of the Academy (A Level teaching experience is desirable but not essential). If you are determined to make a difference to the life chances of young people by raising standards, expectations and achievement we would like to hear from you.

This post would suit an ambitious teacher seeking an environment where innovation and creativity are embraced. Q3 Academy offers excellent CPD and career opportunities for teachers at all stages of their career.

We are seeking applications from teachers who:

  • Have enthusiasm, energy and vision.
  • Are passionate about their subject.
  • Have excellent classroom management skills
