Vision for Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and energetic Teacher of Science - SEMH Setting to work on a full-time, long term supply basis at one of our specialist SEMH settings in Kirklees. The Teacher of Science - SEMH Setting position will be to start after October half term and will be the full role including planning, marking, staff meetings and parents’ evenings. You will have experience of teaching to Key Stage 4, and specifically in a challenging setting with vulnerable young learners.

This is a specialist setting that caters for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health and may present themselves in different ways. This Teacher of Science - SEMH Setting role can be very challenging, yet rewarding and we are looking for a reliable, strong teacher to join us.

  • Have experience teaching challenging students
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) 
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team
  • Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring      lessons
