Teacher of Science

Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Science Teacher to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in a local secondary school in South Shields. This is a full time secondary teaching role, covering Science across Key stage 3 and Key Stage 4 with majority of the lesson teaching Biology. The position will commence January 2020 until July 2020. 

The role

The desired Science teacher will be working in a good school, teaching pupils with a wide range of ability levels , General Science and Biology. This role would be suitable for both NQTs and experienced Teachers.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of Science Teacher, you will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience teaching secondary education at Key Stage 4 level.
• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of secondary Teachers.
• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.

All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS Check that must be registered to the Update Service.
