Our opportunity

We are seeking to appoint an teacher of A Level and BTEC Sciences to join a strong and committed team of Science specialists. We are seeking an inspirational teacher with a specialism in any of the Sciences. 

The successful candidate will possess a genuine enthusiasm for their subject, an ability to motivate, inspire and engage young people and a commitment to equipping them with the skills and expertise to achieve excellent outcomes. A proven track record of achieving good or outstanding results is ideal, though we also welcome applications from NQTs.

We are looking for an April 2022 start date however will consider applications stating a preference for a September 2022 start.

Longley Park Sixth Form is a highly inclusive 16-19 Academy in the North East of Sheffield. In 2017 we became part of Brigantia Learning Trust, presenting exciting opportunities for collaboration, support, development and progression.
