We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative science teacher to join our dedicated Science Team from April  (or September) 2020.

Although the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellent teaching and learning, we also welcome applications from NQTs.  Rapid career progression may be available through our Lead Practitioner programme for the right candidate. 

The Science department is well established at TWGSB with each teacher having their own lab and supported by a dedicated and experienced team of specialist technicians.  

Staff benefit from a positive working environment, with strong support for professional development.  All students study the individual sciences at GCSE and large numbers go on to study A-level sciences. 

Our core purpose is to enable our learners to achieve their full potential by igniting their curiosity and determination.  We welcome applications from creative and dynamic teachers who can contribute to this vision.

Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys is a successful and popular selective 11-18 school in the heart of picturesque Tunbridge Wells. The town has easy access routes to/from London, the South Coast and Gatwick Airport.  We are fortunate to have a well-regarded nursery across the road if you have pre-school aged children.

Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys is a successful and popular selective 11-18 dual-site school, with a site in Tunbridge Wells and a brand new site based in Sevenoaks.
