Are you an inspirational Teacher of Science who is looking for responsibilities within a department and an opportunity to develop within a dynamic and expanding Academy?
 
We are seeking to add to our Science team due to our rapidly expanding sixth form and continued oversubscribed status.  As such, we welcome applications from teachers who are seeking additional responsibility.  We will include a TLR allowance in addition to a competitive salary.  The nature of the responsibility will be decided depending on the skills and experience of the successful candidate/s.

The leadership of the academy is completely determined to create an environment in which teachers can get on with their core role: delivering excellent lessons.  To this end, the student behaviour system is clear and simple and easy to administer in lessons. If action is needed beyond these simple steps, the pastoral and senior teams take all the burden away from the teachers, conducting detentions, following up and dealing with parents on your behalf.
