We are looking to appoint a talented professional with very good subject knowledge and a clear understanding of effective and engaging teaching and learning to join our capable and supportive Science Faculty.

At Wombourne High School we highly value personal attributes of hard work, positivity and kindness, and we are looking for staff who can model these values.

Wombourne High School was judged as “Requires improvement” by Ofsted in March 2018, the school is making significant strides in improvements and is confident of a “Good” judgement at the next inspection.  Since the inspection the leadership team has been remodelled, including the employment of a new Headteacher (September 2018).

We wish to appoint a well-qualified and energetic Science Teacher to work within this successful and supportive curriculum area and teach across the ability and age range from Year 7 to Sixth Form.  We are looking for a talented professional with very good subject knowledge and a clear understanding of engaging and effective teaching and learning. We have good results, wonderful children, supportive parents and a commitment to developing all learners in a dynamic environment where innovation is encouraged.
