Job overview
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and appropriately qualified Teacher of Science. Candidates should be able to teach across a range of abilities and also be able to stretch the more able. All pupils study all three sciences to GCSE level, taking either Dual or Triple award in the Upper Fifth. The department is well subscribed at A Level, with pupils following the OCR course. In recent years pupils have gone on to leading universities to study science related degrees, including medicine at BSMS and Health Sciences at Warwick.
September 2025 start preferred.

King’s School Rochester is a co-educational, independent school with 650 pupils between the ages of 3 and 18, including 50 boarders.
