Newfield School is an impressive, well-resourced special school situated in Blackburn, Lancashire providing high quality specialist education, care and therapy for children and young people aged 2 - 19 years with a wide range of learning difficulties including autism, PMLD, SLD, complex medical needs, sensory impairments and physical disabilities.  In Spring 2018, under the Leadership and Management of Newfield, we will be opening a new building to expand our autism provision.

These posts will provide an excellent opportunity for teachers interested in working in our outstanding school and offer exciting opportunities for professional development and personal growth.

We are looking for a teacher to work in potentially any area of the main special school depending on your personal experience and interest.

We are also looking for a teacher to work in our NAS Accredited autism spectrum provision.   

We welcome applications from teachers who are creative, passionate and motivated to deliver high standards in education to join our friendly, supportive and dedicated school, starting in September 2017.  

A full programme of training and mentoring will be provided for successful applicants.  Applications from NQTs are most welcome.
