Teacher of Spanish and Italian

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and well-qualified teacher to teach Spanish and Italian at all levels in this large and successful part of the school.

Bryanston is a thriving and popular school, offering professional development in a culture which recognises and champions aspiration, having been awarded ‘excellent’ in all areas in our last ISI inspection. 

The department offers French, Spanish and German at GCSE, IB and A level. The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach Spanish up to Key Stage 5 and Italian at IB ab initio level. Experience of teaching the IB diploma would be welcomed, but is not essential.

This is a full-time post, suitable either for an experienced teacher or, dependent on qualifications, a newly qualified teacher. The school has an induction programme in operation for NQTs.

A willingness to be involved in helping with the running of a boarding school, including contributing to extra-curricular activities, after-school workshops or games will be an advantage.  

The post is currently non-residential, although if the preferred candidate is willing to undertake boarding house duties, and there is a vacancy, this may be considered.
