Ashmole Academy Trust was formed in 2015 building upon the success of Ashmole Academy and its tradition of outstanding school performance.  The trust currently consists of a primary and secondary school.

Ashmole Academy has a forward looking and innovative approach to all areas of school life and demand high standards of achievement. The school has an excellent reputation within the local community with strong support from Governors and Parents and a dedicated and highly motivated team of staff. We currently have approximately 1600 pupils with a growing and vibrant 6th Form of approximately 420.  Our examination results are consistently outstanding and the Academy remains heavily oversubscribed every year. 

Required  as soon as possible, an enthusiastic, committed and ambitious teacher of Spanish  with qualified teacher status to teach all age and ability range to join a successful team.  This post would be suitable for a newly qualified teacher (NQT). 

The languages department at Ashmole Academy has ensured excellent pupil progress over all key stages. Our GCSE Language cohort is comprehensive, and significantly larger than other comparable establishments. The languages department has been instrumental in ensuring a high percentage of students achieve the EBACC. The languages team at Ashmole has significant expertise at all levels of study, and staff are deployed accordingly. A wide range of ICT is used regularly and effectively to motivate students, and accelerate progress. There are also a number of international trips which run throughout a student’s time at the Academy, which offer the opportunity for deeper understanding of the culture in the countries in which languages are studied
