Teacher of Spanish

Kenton School is at the cutting edge of modern education. A vacancy has arisen for a talented and inspiring Spanish specialist to join our highly supportive team, teaching Key Stages 3 and 4. The role will also involve teaching a small amount of French at KS3. This is a maternity leave cover post expected to last until December 2019.

To be successful, you will have: 

• a proven track record of effective training or teaching practice underpinned by a passion for the subject; 
• a broad base of subject knowledge and the ability to apply a range of teaching and learning strategies;
• excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data and assessment for learning effectively to inform practice;
• the ability to work effectively with all students, engaging them through exciting yet challenging lessons and embedding a culture of positive behaviour for learning.
