Applications are invited from professionals with excellent communication and organisational skills as well as a real passion for teaching. The successful candidate will become an integral member of the team at One. They will be involved in the continual development and improvement of schemes of work and resources, and will be focussed on the learning, achievement, progression and well-being of our students in Supported Learning, all of whom have Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND). 


We are looking for an individual who will work with our students in developing their independence and preparing them for the next stages in their lives. In return, they can expect to thrive and progress in our college environment through a comprehensive package of professional development.
