Full-time permanent post required for January 2018
Washington Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic and dedicated individual to deliver to the high standards required by the Technology department of our Academy. The successful candidate will need drive, stamina and a creative intellect with the capacity to augment the continual development programme undertaken for the benefit of our students. The ability to teach Food and Catering is required. Subject knowledge across other areas of the curriculum may be an advantage, along with the capability to further enhance outcomes at KS4. Washington Academy offers staff excellent resources in a state-of-the-art building.
Washington Academy is a successful Academy judged to be Grade 2, ‘good’ in all four Ofsted categories. We believe that by developing positive relationships within our Academy community, as well as with all stakeholders, we can more positively impact upon the education of the whole child.
