We are seeking a Teacher of Technology to cover a period of maternity leave from February 2019. The role will suit a committed and energetic teacher with Food specialism, and the ability to teach GCSE Food, GCSE Hospitality and KS3 Food, Textiles and Product Design.
The role could be suited to newly qualified or experienced teachers. Longsands Academy has a strong track record of supporting and retaining NQT’s by ensuring excellent mentoring, a supportive culture and many opportunities for involvement in wider school activities.
Longsands Academy is a successful 11-18 comprehensive school rated as good by Ofsted in May 2018. St Neots is a market town with good facilities, within easy reach of Cambridge and with excellent transport links to London.
