To commence May 2021 - 1 Year Maternity Position

The role - We're looking for a Teacher of Textiles who can also cover 3  Year 10 Food Technology classes a week on behalf of a faith school based in the Tameside region of Greater Manchester. The role is a full-time vacancy that is due to commence ideally this May 2021, however September starts will be considered as this is a maternity cover and the member of staff will be expected to be on leave until May 2022.  The successful candidate will be required to teach KS3 and GCSE Textiles and KS3 Food Technology.

The SLT are very engaging, thorough and understanding, and have supported our placed staff members extremely well over the number of years we have been assisting them with their recruitment.

The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are:

Hold a recognized Teaching qualification with QTS or QTLS and experience delivering the desired subjects in the UK.

Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Teachers.

Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.

Committed to fulfilling the full role of a teacher including marking, planning and assessments.
