An opportunity has risen for a well-qualified, ambitious and enthusiastic teacher of Physical Education to join our existing team of passionate staff. It is an occupational requirement that the post holder is male in order to respect the privacy and dignity of the male students in our care. This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.

What we’re looking for
The successful candidate will be expected to teach KS3/4/5 with the opportunity to deliver one of our many accredited courses in Physical Education. Experience teaching Level 2 BTEC would be an advantage and we would expect you to be fully committed to run, develop and contribute fully to our extensive range of extracurricular sports activities. Within the curriculum 15 sports and activities are taught along with numerous successful sports teams competing at local, regional and national levels. We are particularly interested in teachers with a keen interest in one or more of the following areas: Rugby League, Rugby Union, Trampoline, Tennis, Football, Gymnastics, Athletics, and Fitness. The capability to inspire students and generate energy and enthusiasm for learning is a must.
