Early Years/Key Stage 1 Teacher

We are seeking to appoint a teacher to the Early Years or Key Stage 1 of our all-through Academy. This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious, innovative and creative practitioner to help influence the success of our growing Primary Phase which opened in September 2013. This post is suitable for an NQT and as a Primary Phase have a very good track record in successfully supporting NQTs through their first teaching year and beyond.

We are looking for someone who is:

- passionate about early learning, understands holistic child development and is committed to ensuring that children enjoy their time in school

- dedicated to raising standards of teaching, learning and achievement 

- a reflective individual who is committed to their own professional development

- a driven person who is able to lead learning among adults and children in a supportive and nurturing way.

We will offer:

- a team of practitioners (including school leaders) who are committed to providing truly outstanding Early Years and Key Stage 1 provision and teaching which develops the whole child
