About the team
The Electrical team offer full time programmes and apprenticeships in Domestic Installation and Maintenance covering the basic underpinning knowledge and technical practical skills needed to be an Electrician. The programmes are designed to engage and motivate learners interested in becoming an Electrician by supporting them with both theoretical and practical projects and assignments that are based on realistic workplace situations.
About the role
As a an enthusiastic and talented individual you will work as part of the Electrical team delivering a range of effective and appropriate teaching and learning initiatives that engage, motivate and enable all learners of all abilities to make significant progress from their starting points. You will also be working to address individual learning needs, overcome barriers to learning and encourage autonomous learning.
What we are looking for
The successful candidate will have current electrical industrial experience and an ability to teach and assess students from a wide range of age groups and with a range of skills levels. Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Electrical OR a degree or equivalent is essential as well as the willingness to undertake a teaching qualification if not already held.

Harlow is strategically placed on the West Essex/Hertfordshire border at the centre of the London, Stansted, Cambridge corridor, one of the fastest growing and economically important areas in the UK.
