Teaching ServiceLismore Public School is a vibrant primary school situated in the centre of Lismore. The school has 10 mainstream classes and 5 support classes, including an Early Intervention class with a total of enrolment of 233 students. The school also houses the Lismore Transition Program. Teachers at Lismore Public School are dedicated to maintaining high expectations of behaviour and learning. Teaching and learning programs are differentiated to ensure a student centred focus.The school has developed strong relationships with the broader school community through open communication.
Lismore Public School follows the PBL process which brings together the whole-school community to contribute to developing a positive, safe and supportive learning culture. Students are also suppported in self regulation and emotional intelligence through personalised learning plans and whole school programs. The school is also a proud member of The Rivers Academy of STEM Excellence.
