Wargrave House School and LEAP College are both part of the Remarkable Group. We have an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding education and care to children and young people with autism.

We are welcoming applications from colleagues across Key Stages 2-4 and colleagues who have experience of the Adult Core Curriculum and employability pathways. We are looking for qualified, experienced teachers who are already working within the SEN sector or who wish to develop their specialist skills in this interesting and challenging field. Ideally, successful candidates will also be able to offer a specialism to coordinate a subject across the school or college.

Applications are invited from enthusiastic and ambitious professionals who have the vision and energy to sustain and promote the current high standards of achievement and contribute to the continued development and progress of the organisation.

In return, we offer our staff:

·        A clear career path if you wish to progress to the next level in your teaching journey.

·        Teacher Pension Scheme,
