Who we are looking a Primary Teacher.

We expect the teachers at the school will work flexibly and be able to work in different departments of the school as need dictates.

As well as possessing Qualified Teacher Status, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver a personalised curriculum to individuals, you will have experience of or an interest in working with children with complex needs (ADHD, OCD and PDA) in addition to autism spectrum disorder.

You will be responsible for planning, implementing and delivering a personalised curriculum to a group of children, which is relevant and motivating for each child, as well as ensuring that the quality of teaching and learning is of the highest level possible and meets all statutory requirements. 

You will be responsible and lead on a curriculum area. You will line manage and lead a team of teaching assistants.

References will be obtained prior to appointment.  Successful applicants are required to undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure which will also include a check against the Children’s Barred List.
