We are looking to appoint an experienced Teacher Training Coordinator to lead on the administration and organisation of processes relating to Teacher Training across Creative Education Trust. This will include work focusing on applications, recruitment and training of teachers in our Primary and Secondary schools.
You will work alongside the Director of Learning and Teaching and the Head of Recruitment to ensure that all trainees across the Trust receive the very best levels of support whilst ensuring we are working constructively with external organisations.
Creative Education Trust wants to ensure that all staff are supported in their development and that new staff have a positive experience of training with us. Your new role within this new post will be integral in ensuring that this is achieved.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has experience of administration relating to Teacher Training including UCAS procedures and recruiting for ITT.
You will need to provide administrative support to schools within the Trust and be confident in building relationships with a wide range of people across different organisations.
We are seeking a well-organised and motivated coordinator who will support trainees, schools and the Trust in ensuring that trainees are supported through every step of their journey with us.
