An amazing and exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the Teaching and Learning team at Barnsley College. Following review of the current Advanced Practitioner model, we are recruiting a full-time Teaching and Learning Coach, reporting to the Director of Teaching and Learning.
Teaching & Learning Coach

Salary £32,642 - £34,618
The role will support and drive teaching and learning developments across the College, working with curriculum areas to design professional development and support innovation, through coaching and mentoring. The Teaching and Learning Coach will support the implementation and communication of the Teaching and Learning strategy, working with individuals and groups as well as contributing to the design of college-wide Teaching and Learning initiatives and projects. The role will also include some teaching hours of approximately one day per week. We are looking for individuals with exceptional people skills, who are dedicated to supporting teachers to be the best they can be in order to provide an exceptional teaching and learning experience for our students.
