Actual pro rata salary based on 27.5 hours per week, term time only plus 5 inset days - £12,246-£12,492.

To start on 1st September 2022, Teaching Assistants required at Beechen Cliff School to provide in class support to pupils with specific educational needs. A full time post can range from 27.5-32 hours per week depending on the successful applicant's preference and availability.  We are also able to consider part-time and flexible working where this meets the needs of our pupils so do contact us, or state this on your application, if you are looking for more flexible working hours. Teaching Assistants work term time only plus 5 INSET days. There is an option to do extra paid duties after school or at lunchtime and this is something that can be discussed at the interview. As a Teaching Assistant at Beechen Cliff, you will have the opportunity to work in an ambitious, knowledgeable and friendly SEN department, helping pupils with a variety of special needs as part of a motivated and professional team.

Good Maths and English and a working knowledge of ICT is essential. All necessary training will be given. The successful candidates will be subject to relevant Pre-Employment checks prior to appointment.
