Job overview

ABC Teachers are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants who hold a minimum of a Level 2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent). We are looking for candidates to work on a supply basis in the South Birmingham area. There are plenty of opportunities day to day, short-term, long-term and permanent through ABC Teachers. 

Working on a supply basis will allow you to have a better work life balance and it gives you the flexibility to choose exactly which days you want to work. Schools in this area are seeking general classroom assistants, HLTAs and SEN TAs for all year groups.


The ideal candidate will:-

• Have a current DBS on the update service or be willing to complete a new one

• Minimum Level 2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification or equivalent

• Be able to provide references for school based experience

• Knowledge of the current National Curriculum

• Flexible and adaptable

Requirements
