Talbot Heath Junior School seeks a dynamic and compassionate person to work with children from Reception to Year 6 with high expectations of pupil achievement. You will be joining a skilled, dedicated and supportive team of staff in an exciting school.

The pupils at Talbot Heath are superb; they are full of curiosity and creativity, making this an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual wishing to join and participate in the development of the work of a vibrant and thriving school.

The successful candidate will have a professional, highly organised approach and a strong regard for pupil well-being and safety. They will also have a positive approach to working with children and will be able to develop and maintain excellent, warm relationships with the children in their care. In addition, they will be someone who can make a contribution to the wider life of the Junior School.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team, use initiative and show flexibility will be paramount. The successful candidate will show a willingness to keep up to date with educational policy and training related to their role. 

Working Hours Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Optional extra hours for our after school care provision are also available

Talbot Heath is a successful independent 3-18 girls' school in Bournemouth. A recent ISI report described the school as ' highly successful in meeting its aim to produce confident, competent and thoughtful individuals who are ready to make the most of their opportunities and to contribute positively to the society in which they live. The pupils' achievements are excellent.'
